Attachment Narrative Therapy Training (ANT Training) is operated by Dr Chip Chimera and Prof Rudi Dallos. Our postal address is PO BOX 230, Leatherhead, Surrey KT22 8WZ.

Information we collect
We only collect information you give us directly through the website, and a small amount of technical information needed to run it. This includes:
- Enquiry details when you use the contact form: your name, email address and phone number.
- Booking details when you reserve a place on a course: your name, postal address, email, phone numbers, and any notes you provide.
- Where an employer is paying, the company name and invoice contact details you supply.
We do not take payment card details through this website. Course fees are arranged by invoice.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries.
- To process and confirm your course reservation.
- To arrange invoicing and payment for a course.
- To send you information about a course you have booked.
- To keep records we need for our business and to meet our legal obligations.
Our lawful basis
Under UK GDPR we rely on: performance of a contract, to process and deliver a course you have booked; our legitimate interests, to respond to enquiries and run our training; and your consent, where you have given it, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the providers we need to run our courses and our business, including:
- Our online course platform (Zoom), which hosts the live sessions you attend.
- Our booking and scheduling provider.
- Our email service provider.
- Our accountant, for invoicing and payment.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for up to 7 years. We keep booking and payment records for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes, which is normally 7 years.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us to: give you a copy of the information we hold about you; correct it; erase it; restrict or object to how we use it; or provide it in a portable format.
