About these terms

By using this website or booking a course, you accept these terms. The website and courses are provided by ANT Training, operated by Dr Chip Chimera and Prof Rudi Dallos.

Our courses

Our courses are continuing professional development (CPD) training delivered live online via Zoom. The CPD hours and dates for each course are shown on its booking details.

Bookings and payment

• You reserve a place using the form on the website, and we confirm your place by email.
• Fees are as shown for each course. Where an early bird price is offered, it is available until the date stated.
• Payment is arranged by invoice, including where your employer is paying.
• To qualify for the early bird price, payment in full must be received by the early bird date.

Cancellations and refunds

If you need to cancel, please contact us at enquiries@anttraining.co.uk.

You may cancel for a full refund up to 28 days before the course start date. After that, the fee is non-refundable, although we may be able to offer a transfer to a future course.

If we have to cancel or reschedule a course, you will be offered a transfer to another date or a full refund.

Course materials and recordings

Sessions are recorded and made available to participants for up to a year after the course. Recordings and course materials are provided for your own professional development only. They remain the intellectual property of ANT Training and its presenters, and may not be copied, shared or redistributed.

Limitation of liability

We take care to provide accurate information and well-run courses, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or attendance at a course. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
